US-Made Aluminium DIY Wheel Chair Access Ramp with Handrails From Prarie View Industries With 385kg Capacity

PVI OnTrac Wheelchair Access Ramps enable a power chair, scooter, or wheelchair to easily transition to a raised surface. Each access ramp includes smooth aluminium handrails on each side for added safety and assistance along the way.

An OnTrac access ramp also works great for walkers, canes, and other mobility aid devices! The durable aluminium construction features a grooved surface for maximum traction, a full-length step attachment lip, and a tapered entrance foot.

The PVI ONTRAC Ramp is designed to be a freestanding, independent structure that does not have to be permanently attached to the building it serves. Each freestanding ramp must be anchored at the upper and lower end. Anchoring may consist of lag screws or bolts into existing concrete, precast pads, patio pavers or concrete poured in place.

PVI OnTrac access ramps are made in the USA and come with a 2-year warranty which does not cover the handrails.

OnTrac Wheelchair Access Ramp Installation

Installation is straightforward as the ramps are flat packed, the handrails need to be assembled, and if you are purchasing a 2-section ramp, the two main halves need to be joined, and the ramp needs to be secured to the ground. Assembly hardware is provided. Any handyperson can perform the installation.

PVI Warranty

What is the warranty on PVI items?

Ramp Champ only works with well-known, industry-leading manufacturers such as PVI. All products come with a minimum 12-month warranty. For further information see the PVI Warranty page.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

All Returns Must be Requested via the Returns Centre

An RMA# is required for your return request to be accommodated. This is generated by submitting a return request via the Returns Center.

Any unopened package may be returned, within 5 business days of receipt of the goods, in its original, brand-new and saleable condition at a 25% restocking fee. The cost to return the goods will be at your expense. A photo of the product before it is shipped back is required and we must receive the return tracking number. Once received and inspected, you may expect a refund for the full product price less any corresponding fees. This is non-negotiable.

We do not have a storefront. All items are available for purchase online and are shipped directly from our warehouse or from our partner warehouses directly to our customers Australia wide. How do I get a shipping estimate?

Once you’ve found the right product click Add to cart. From there you’ll be taken to your checkout page where you can add your delivery details. Our website will search for the best prices from our wide range of couriers to find you the best rate for the items in your cart.

When will my order ship out?

We pride ourselves on giving you the best possible service. So, we work hard to get your order shipped within 24 hours. As soon as your product is shipped, we send you an email with tracking details so you can log in and see when your product is due to arrive.

How long does the delivery take?

We send all items via registered courier with tracking details so you can see just where your order is at any point in time. This ensures your item is safe and secure from us to you.

Products are sent during normal business hours, Monday to Friday and from dispatch date, we expect most orders to be delivered between 2 and 10 business days, depending on your location and the location of the warehouse. Some brands are shipped directly from our suppliers' warehouses throughout Australia.

Can I pick up my order?

Can you deliver to a PO Box?

No, sorry. We must have a registered address to ship to. We cannot deliver to a P.O Box or Parcel Locker.

Will my order be left at my door if I'm not home?

No. We send all items via registered courier with tracking and signature upon delivery. This ensures your item is safe and secure from us to you.

We can send some orders with ATL (Authority to leave) upon request however Ramp Champ is not liable for any claims for damages, lost or stolen items if you opt for ATL.

How do I check the status of my order?

As soon as your order ships we will email you with your shipping information and tracking number. This allows you to easily track the daily progress of your order from one of our warehouses to your doorstep.
