Returns Policy

If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase we will take it back within 5 business days from the receipt of goods provided that the item is unused and in the original packaging, ensuring that the product is in the same condition as you received it in.
 

Conditions: 

  • Construction Machinery Attachments, Yard Ramps, Made to Order Items, some other bulky items and custom made items are not eligible for return. 

  • Goods that have been assembled or used in any way are not eligible for return.

  • The item and its packaging must be in the original, brand new and saleable condition including all internal packaging, manuals and items and without any cuts, or damage to the packaging. 

  • A restocking fee of 15% applies on all returns.

  • You will be required to submit a return request via the Returns Center.

  • Ramp Champ shall coordinate the return via courier. A printer and tape will be required to attach the shipping labels to the item for return.

  • The total refund cost will exclude the original shipping cost to you and the cost to return the goods back to Ramp Champ except for Damaged Items and Incorrect Delivery.

  • Returned items are inspected within 7 days of receipt.
  • Refunds shall be applied to the original purchase method once the goods are returned, inspected and accepted.

Damaged Items

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery and advise us within no more than 3 business days. You will be required to submit a return request via the Returns Center.

Details:

  • If the damages are aesthetic, we will offer a partial refund.

  • If the damages are affecting the performance of the goods bought, you may submit a return request via the Returns Center for a remedy such as a replacement or a full refund. Return freight costs will be at no cost to you. 

Incorrect Delivery

If we happen to send you incorrect products, we apologise in advance! You will be required to submit a return request via the Returns Center and we will arrange to collect the incorrect item and deliver to you the correct one at no cost to you. Opening the package and testing it, more so using the goods, voids any claim for an incorrect item delivered.

  • The goods must be collected by the courier before we can ship a replacement.

How to Return Your Items

  1. Do not return any items to the original address.

  2. Head to our Returns Center and fill out the form. Further instructions will be provided.
