How to Claim:
If you find a lower price for an identical product either 7 days before or 7 days after your purchase, simply email us at hello@rampchamp.com.au. Provide proof of the competitor’s advertised price. Once we verify that the price is genuine and the product is available, we will either match the price, provide a store credit or provide you a refund for the difference.
Exclusions Apply:
Please note that our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:
- Advertised prices below standard RRP, including sales or discounts.
- Conditional offers such as package deals, cash back, bonuses, bulk purchases, or limited quantity specials.
- Trade offers, special event pricing, club or membership offers, or prices not available to the general public.
- Clearance items, seconds, refurbished lines, ex-demo, or display products.
- Offers from resellers, classifieds, auction sites (like eBay or Gumtree), manufacturers, distributors, or importers.
- Offers involving delivery from an overseas distributor direct to the customer.
- Advertised price errors from us or competitors.
