Do you have a physical store?

No, we do not have a storefront. All items are available for purchase online and are shipped directly from our warehouse or from our partner warehouses directly to our customers Australia wide. If you are within close proximity of any of our partner warehouses, we can arrange for you to pick up the goods by appointment. 

Where is Ramp Champ located?

Ramp Champ HQ is based in Victoria however we don't have any physical stores or showrooms. Some products are shipped from our primary warehouse in Mulgrave, Victoria whilst others ship directly from our partner warehouses across Australia.

Are you an authorised dealer?

Yes, we are. Ramp Champ is 100% authorised to sell the products we advertise on our website. This means that you get the full manufacturer warranty when you buy from RampChamp.com.au.

How can I place an order?

How to order online: Find a product you'd like to buy on our website and click on the add to cart button. Then, simply follow the instructions on the checkout page. If there were any options or upgrades that you may have missed, one of our customer service staff members will contact you either by email or phone before we process your order.

How to order by phone: Call us on 1300 913 047. Our expert staff will help you select your product based on your individual requirements. We only stock the best brands and have the most competitive prices to ensure that you'll be completely satisfied with every RampChamp.com.au purchase you make. If you feel comfortable, go ahead and place your order online.

How to order by email: Send us an email at sales@rampchamp.com.au and one of our staff members will get back to you as soon as possible with an invoice for your order. Please include the product, any options or upgrades that you might require and your full address for delivery.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Do you offer custom ramps?

Yes, we do. Depending on what type of ramp you’re looking for and what state you’re located in, we can offer custom ramps that are built to your specifications. All we need is a few photos, measurements and a sketch of what you want to be made. We offer free quotations so you know exactly what your custom ramp will cost before you decide to buy. What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to anywhere in Australia To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How do I get a shipping estimate?

Once you’ve found the right product click Add to cart. From there you’ll be taken to your checkout page where you can add your delivery details. Our website will search for the best prices from our wide range of couriers to find you the best rate for the items in your cart.  

When will my order ship out?

We pride ourselves on giving you the best possible service. So, we work hard to get your order shipped within 24 hours. As soon as your product is shipped, we send you an email with tracking details so you can log in and see when your product is due to arrive.

How long does the delivery take?

We send all items via registered courier with tracking details so you can see just where your order is at any point in time. This ensures your item is safe and secure from us to you.

Products are sent during normal business hours, Monday to Friday and from dispatch date, we expect most orders to be delivered between 2 and 10 business days, depending on your location and the location of the warehouse. Some brands are shipped directly from our suppliers' warehouses throughout Australia.

When will I be contacted to confirm my order?

Once your order is placed you’ll receive an email to confirm your order details. At this point, we recommend you review the order details and contact us immediately if you notice any errors such as an incorrect address.

How are heavy and bulky goods going to be delivered?

If your order is 30kg or more, a tail lift service will be required at a cost. This makes it easier for the delivery crew to complete their job efficiently and reduce the risk of injury or damage to the goods. The tail lift charge is not included in the calculated shipping on this website and needs to be added to the total if the service is required. Please contact us if you are unsure whether this service will be required for your order.

I have a business operating from home, is this considered a commercial delivery?

If you are operating a business from your home, it may or may not be considered a commercial delivery. When will I be contacted regarding the delivery?

After your order has shipped, we will email you with your shipping information. For large orders such as our construction machinery ramps, our shipping company will call you prior to delivery to confirm your address and ensure you know when your items are being delivered.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. Some items can be picked up directly from us or from the manufacturer's warehouse. On the cart page select "Store Pickup" as an option. Or, contact our team on 1300 913 047 or hello@rampchamp.com.au to see if there's a warehouse near you. All pickups are by appointment only. 

Can you deliver to a PO Box?

No, sorry. We must have a registered address to ship to. We cannot deliver to a P.O Box or Parcel Locker.

Will my order be left at my door if I'm not home?

No. We send all items via registered courier with tracking and signature upon delivery. This ensures your item is safe and secure from us to you.

We can send some orders with ATL (Authority to leave) upon request however Ramp Champ is not liable for any claims for damages, lost or stolen items if you opt for ATL.

How do I check the status of my order?

As soon as your order ships we will email you with your shipping information and tracking number. This allows you to easily track the daily progress of your order from one of our warehouses to your doorstep.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

All Returns Must be Requested via the Returns Centre

An RMA# is required for your return request to be accommodated. This is generated by submitting a return request via the Returns Center.

Any unopened package may be returned, within 5 business days of receipt of the goods, in its original, brand-new and saleable condition at a 25% restocking fee. The cost to return the goods will be at your expense. A photo of the product before it is shipped back is required and we must receive the return tracking number. Once received and inspected, you may expect a refund for the full product price less any corresponding fees. This is non-negotiable.

I received a defective product, what do I do?

Please inspect the goods within 3 business days of receipt and report any noticeable fault. Most minor issues can be resolved via consultation with our customer service team. In cases of major function issues, the manufacturer’s warranty terms will apply and we will assist you to file a claim for a remedy. Timeline and replacement terms of the manufacturer will apply. 

You are highly encouraged to review the manufacturer’s warranty terms before placing the order.

What is your warranty policy?

Ramp Champ is an authorised dealer for all the products we carry. This means purchasing from us is similar to purchasing from a large warehouse retailer. The home improvement centre does not do repairs but can assure you that you will receive full manufacturer warranties for everything that you purchase. Please check the manufacturer's warranty terms on our website or contact them directly for their specific warranty details. Feel free to contact us if you need assistance filing a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
