Our almost perfect items are heavily discounted as they are not considered 'as new'.

Products may have been used for demonstration purposes and have a few marks and scratches. They could have returned items from customers where the product wasn't suitable or items that were faulty from the factory or damaged in transit.

We do our best to detail the issues discovered for each product, but please be aware that we may not catch everything that could be wrong with the item.
This is why we heavily reduce the price so that the product doesn't just go to waste in landfills.

  • You may not be concerned if the product has a few scratches.
  • Or you're just after a bargain and don't mind what the product looks like.

Yes. All Almost Perfect sold by Ramp Champ® come with a manufacturer’s warranty. As an authorised dealer, we can assist with any warranty claims for products purchased through us. What happens if I need help after I’ve made a purchase?

How do I return a product?

Returning a product is easy with our 100-Day Free Returns and pre-paid return shipping with no restocking fees or hidden costs.

Return Eligibility

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 100 days of delivery or pickup.
  • Some products cannot be returned, including made-to-order, custom-made, installed, or Almost Perfect items.

How to Request a Return

  • Get an RMA Number. Only returns with an RMA number are processed.

  • Pack the item securely and take photos before shipping.
  • Use the pre-paid shipping label we provide and send it back.
  • Once received and inspected, you can choose:

  • Refund – Processed within 7 business days, minus the original shipping cost

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. Some items can be picked up directly from us or from the manufacturer's warehouse. On the cart page select "Store Pickup" as an option. Or, contact our team to see if there's a warehouse near you. All pickups are by appointment only. ”
