Do your Gen-Y Hitch come with a warranty?

Yes. All Gen-Y Hitch sold by Ramp Champ® come with a manufacturer’s warranty. As an authorised dealer, we can assist with any warranty claims for products purchased through us. How do I return a product?

Returning a product is easy with our 100-Day Free Returns and pre-paid return shipping with no restocking fees or hidden costs.

Return Eligibility

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
The return request must be made within 100 days of delivery or pickup.
Some products cannot be returned, including made-to-order, custom-made, installed, or Almost Perfect items.
