Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between your standard ramps and custom ramps?

Standard ramps come in set sizes, while custom ramps are made to match your exact requirements, whether it’s for height, weight capacity, length, or width. If your setup is unique, a custom ramp is the way to go.

What information do I need to provide to order a custom ramp?

It depends on the ramp type, but generally you'll need to tell us:

  • Height
  • Width
  • Length or desired slope
  • Maximum load required
  • Type of use (wheelchair, machinery, trolley, etc.)

Measurements in any unit are fine, and a photo helps. Not sure? Call or SMS us and we'll work it out with you.

How long does a custom ramp take?

It depends on the ramp and the maker. We'll give you a lead time with your quote, and confirm it when you order.

Do you offer installation for ramps?

We don’t offer installation services; most of our ramps, especially our rubber and aluminium models, are designed for easy DIY setup. We provide clear instructions and all the necessary components to help you install your ramp with confidence. If you need extra guidance, our team is happy to assist.

Can you deliver custom ramps Australia-wide?

Absolutely! We custom-make ramps for delivery to all locations across Australia, including regional and remote areas.

Prefer to collect your ramp? Pickup is available from select depot locations. Just let us know what works best for you.

For deliveries in remote areas, things might take a little extra time, but don’t worry, we’ll keep you in the loop with tracking info as soon as your ramp is on its way.

If your ramp is big or heavy, it’s a good idea to have someone around to help with unloading. We want everything to go smoothly for you!

Do your custom ramps come with a warranty?

Yes. All our ramps include warranty coverage against manufacturing defects. The exact terms may vary depending on the product, so we recommend checking our warranty policy for the most accurate and up-to-date information.

Who’s responsible for the measurements and details when I order a custom ramp?

Great question! Since your custom ramp is made exactly to the specs you give us, it’s important to double-check your measurements before ordering. We’re always here to help you get it right, but because the ramp is built to your specifications, the responsibility for those details rests with you.

If you’re unsure about anything, just give us a shout. We’re happy to guide you through it.

Can I return or exchange a custom ramp?

Since each custom ramp is made to order for you, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. However, our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you have any uncertainties, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.

How do I properly install and use a custom threshold ramp?

Start by measuring carefully, then place the ramp on a clean, level surface. Secure it where possible, especially in high-use areas. Always test for stability before use and avoid exceeding the recommended weight limit.

For safe ongoing use, check the ramp regularly for damage or wear and keep it clean and dry.
