Home deliveryBig and heavy items come on a standard truck and are left at the kerb or driveway. Have a second person ready for long loading ramps, or ask us about tail-lift delivery before you order.
Business & worksite deliveryUsually the cheapest and simplest. Someone needs to be there to receive it, and pallets need a forklift or pallet jack. A business run from home counts as a home address.
Collecting it yourself
- Check the size. Every product page lists the length and weight. Folding ramps also list the folded size.
- Bring help for heavy items. A pair of machinery loading ramps is long and heavy. Bring a second person and some straps.

Where is Ramp Champ located? Do you have a showroom?
Ramp Champ is an online store based in Victoria, with our main warehouse in Mulgrave, VIC. There's no showroom or walk-in counter. We deliver Australia-wide, and many products can be collected from a pickup area in Melbourne, Geelong, Sydney, Newcastle, Brisbane, the Gold Coast or Perth. Pickups are booked with our team.
How much is delivery to my postcode?
Enter your postcode in the Delivery & Pickup box on any product page, or in the cart, for a live price. Very large or heavy items are quoted to your address. Request a quote.
How long will delivery take?
Most orders arrive within the times in the table above, counted from the day you order. Made-to-order items add their build time first, and the product page shows it next to the price.
Can I pick it up instead of paying for delivery?
If the product page shows Pickup details with an area near you, yes. Choose pickup at checkout. Once your order is ready, our team books a pickup date and time with you and sends the address.
Is there a pickup point near me?
Use the search above to check a product, or see the pickup areas by state. There are no pickup points in SA, TAS, the ACT or the NT yet, but we deliver there.
Is it cheaper to deliver to a business?
Usually, yes. A business address with someone there to receive it is the cheapest and simplest. A business run from home counts as a home address.
Do you deliver to rural and remote areas?
Yes, Australia-wide. Rural and remote postcodes are priced to the address and can take a few days longer. For a few remote postcodes we quote by hand, so ask us.
What if I miss the delivery?
The courier leaves a card or message with the next step. Contact us with your order number and we will sort the redelivery or a depot collection.
