Flexi Ramp products include a 12-month manufacturer's warranty for defects in materials and workmanship under correct use conditions.
If a manufacturing fault occurs within this period, customers are eligible to have the product repaired, replaced, or refunded in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.
To initiate a claim, proof of purchase must be provided and the product must not show signs of misuse, modification, or damage due to external factors.
