Kartrite Warranty Statement
Kartrite products include a 12-month manufacturer warranty for defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
This warranty excludes issues caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, or general wear and tear. All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a product is found to be faulty, Kartrite (via Dropshipzone) may:
- Provide missing parts
- Recommend a self-repair option
- Offer a replacement or alternative product
- Issue a refund or credit voucher
