About this bollard
Heavy duty bicycle path access bollards with reflective coating
The Holding Rail Bollard for Cyclists & Pedestrians from the Barrier Group are designed in such a way that the pedestrians and the cyclists will get a hold of or take a small rest till there is change in the conditions of traffic and they are ready to cross the road. These bollards are hot dip galvanized and then a coating of yellow powder is imparted to give it a reflective and protective finish. It also features class 2 red and white colour reflective bands, making it easily visible to vehicles driving at night.
This high quality holding rail bollard can be installed using a surface mount or inside new concrete, along with an option for inserting it in core drilled sleeves that will facilitate a flexible replacement of rails when required. Perfect for denying access to vehicles in walkways and cycling tracks. A padlock can also be ordered optionally with this package, to secure the bollards in core drilled sleeves.
