Do your Cage Trolleys come with a warranty?

Yes. All Cage Trolleys sold by Ramp Champ® come with a manufacturer’s warranty. As an authorised dealer, we can assist with any warranty claims for products purchased through us. For full details, please refer to our warranty information page or contact the manufacturer directly for their specific warranty details.

What happens if I need help after I’ve made a purchase?

Our support doesn’t stop after purchase. We offer lifetime support, so if you need advice, troubleshooting help or product support at any stage, our team is here to assist.

How do I return a product?

Returning a product is easy with our 100-Day Free Returns and pre-paid return shipping with no restocking fees or hidden costs.

Return Eligibility

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
The return request must be made within 100 days of delivery or pickup.
Some products cannot be returned, including made-to-order, custom-made, installed, or Almost Perfect items.

Get an RMA Number. Only returns with an RMA number are processed.

Pack the item securely and take photos before shipping.
Use the pre-paid shipping label we provide and send it back.
Once received and inspected, you can choose:
Store Credit or Exchange – We’ll help find the right product.
Refund – Processed within 7 business days, minus the original shipping cost

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. Some items can be picked up directly from us or from the manufacturer's warehouse. On the cart page select "Store Pickup" as an option. Or, contact our team to see if there's a warehouse near you. All pickups are by appointment only. ”
