How it started
Matthew Scott spent years in civil construction: heavy machinery, long days, muddy sites. Working with machinery meant dealing with ramps, and finding the right one, with advice you could trust, was harder than it should have been.
So in 2016 he started Ramp Champ as a side hustle, with 4am starts and customer calls in lunch breaks. That July we sold nine ramps. Every one of those early conversations shaped what we became: more choice, practical advice, and tools that ask the questions a good salesperson would.
