No. Due to its weight (135kg) and safety requirements, this ramp must not be manually handled. It is designed to be moved using a forklift only, in line with OHS regulations.

Yes. If you request delivery, a forklift must be available on-site to unload the ramp from the delivery vehicle. The same applies to collection—loading can only be done by forklift.

This ramp is rated to 7 tonnes and is suitable for loading forklifts, vehicles, and heavy machinery into and out of standard shipping containers.

Minor scratches and blemishes may be visible upon receipt of your item. However, if the item is delivered damaged please contact us immediately.

•  Refunds, store credits or item swaps apply only to the cost of the products. Installation fees and original shipping costs will not be refunded.

We do not have a storefront. All items are available for purchase online and are shipped directly from our warehouse or from our partner warehouses directly to our customers Australia wide. If you are within close proximity of any of our partner warehouses, we can arrange for you to pick up the goods by appointment.

Products are sent during normal business hours, Monday to Friday and from dispatch date, we expect most orders to be delivered between 2 and 10 business days, depending on your location and the location of the warehouse. Some brands are shipped directly from our suppliers' warehouses throughout Australia.
