Yes. All Mobility sold by Ramp Champ® come with a manufacturer’s warranty. As an authorised dealer, we can assist with any warranty claims for products purchased through us. Returning a product is easy with our 100-Day Free Returns and pre-paid return shipping with no restocking fees or hidden costs.

Return Eligibility

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• The return request must be made within 100 days of delivery or pickup.
• Some products cannot be returned, including made-to-order, custom-made, installed, or Almost Perfect items.

How to Request a Return

• Get an RMA Number. Only returns with an RMA number are processed.

• Pack the item securely and take photos before shipping.
• Use the pre-paid shipping label we provide and send it back.
• Once received and inspected, you can choose:
