This Christmas and New Year break we will be operating with skeleton staff. We will do our very best to get your orders dispatched as soon as possible however please understand that the courier network will also be running on Skeleton staff until the 7th January 2019 when normal service will resume.
Therefore any orders made during the Christmas during the closure period should not be expected for delivery until after the 3rd January as a minimum.

Will my order arrive before Christmas?
The last thing we want is not to have something to give on Christmas day. We're all Christmas mad at Ramp Champ too, so we completely get how important it is to have your order arrive before the big day.
Ramp Champ ships products from multiple locations all over Australia - not just one central warehouse. We send most items direct from the manufacturer/importer which is how we keep our prices low. This means that the delivery times vary from item to item.
VIC, NSW and QLD
Most warehouses are either in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane which means if you're in a metro delivery area you should receive your order before Christmas if ordered before the 14th of December.
If you're in a regional area we recommend getting your order in no later than the 10th of December.
SA, WA, TAS, ACT & NT
Orders for the above states should be in before the 8th of December and as early as the 1st of December for regional areas within these states.
