Benefits of 1-tonne Aluminium Loading Ramps for Small Businesses

The right set of 1-ton ramps will help your business stay safe and productive by ensuring your equipment is loaded and unloaded safely.

By investing in quality, durable 1-tonne ramps, you can help safeguard against damaged machinery, injury or loss of life.

How to Choose the Right 1-tonne Aluminium Loading Ramp for Your Vehicle

  1. Start by ensuring the maximum weight of the vehicle or machinery you intend to load is less than 1000kg (1 tonne). If it's over, you need to consider higher-weight capacity loading ramps.
  2. Next, define the ideal length of the ramps you need by noting the height of the trailer or vehicle tray you're loading onto. You want your 1-tonne ramps to be between 16 and 23 degrees.
  3. Lastly, consider the width of each ramp against your vehicle or machine's tyres/tracks. The ramp's width should exceed the tyres/tracks' width.
