Do your Barrier Group come with a warranty?

Yes. All Barrier Group sold by Ramp Champ® come with a manufacturer’s warranty. As an authorised dealer, we can assist with any warranty claims for products purchased through us. What happens if I need help after I’ve made a purchase?

How do I return a product?

Returning a product is easy with our 100-Day Free Returns and pre-paid return shipping with no restocking fees or hidden costs.

Return Eligibility

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
The return request must be made within 100 days of delivery or pickup.
Some products cannot be returned, including made-to-order, custom-made, installed, or Almost Perfect items.

Pack the item securely and take photos before shipping.
Use the pre-paid shipping label we provide and send it back.
Once received and inspected, you can choose:
Store Credit or Exchange – We’ll help find the right product.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. Some items can be picked up directly from us or from the manufacturer's warehouse. On the cart page select "Store Pickup" as an option. Or, contact our team to see if there's a warehouse near you. All pickups are by appointment only. ”
