Yes. All Heeve Mobility sold by Ramp Champ® come with a manufacturer’s warranty. As an authorised dealer, we can assist with any warranty claims for products purchased through us. How do I return a product?

Returning a product is easy with our 100-Day Free Returns and pre-paid return shipping with no restocking fees or hidden costs.

Return Eligibility

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 100 days of delivery or pickup.
  • Some products cannot be returned, including made-to-order, custom-made, installed, or Almost Perfect items.

How to Request a Return

  • Get an RMA Number. Only returns with an RMA number are processed.
