Choosing your Digga ramp

Four checks before you buy: your deck height, your track or tyre width, your track type and your machine's weight. This ramp (LRU663550):

A Rated 7t at a 2m wheelbase. Pick a rating above your machine's weight, bucket included.

B Inside width 500mm. Your track or tyre must be narrower.

C Max deck height 1,258mm. Keep the loading angle no steeper than 21.8° (40%).

This is a Universal ramp, made for steel tracks, rubber tracks and tyres.

How to check a Digga ramp fits: deck height C, loading angle no steeper than 21.8 degrees, inside width B, machine weight and wheelbase A

Three ways to attach

The top of the ramp has a lip that sits on your tray. Lock it on with the pin or the tongue.

Pin (supplied): drops through the ramp lip and the hole in your tray, then locks with an R clip.

About This Product

Made in Europe with strong, grippy rungs

Designed for all types of machines, including those with steel tracks, rubber tracks, and pneumatic (air) tyres, the Digga 7 Tonne 3.5m x 560mm Ezi-Loada Aluminium Machinery Loading Ramps are both heavy-duty and lightweight. They offer enhanced safety, superior quality, and cost-effective performance.

Featuring state-of-the-art European design and engineering, the Digga Ezi-Loada ramps are among the most advanced on the Australian market today.

These aluminium loading ramps come with a connection plate and tongue, along with zinc-coated steel pins, making them ideal for loading onto tipper body trucks, flatbed trucks, or trailers.

Skid steers (Bobcats), excavators, Dingo's Ditch Witches, backhoes and other machinery with 7-tonne ratings can now be loaded onto trailers and truck beds with these aluminium machinery loading ramps.

FAQs

Will these ramps take my machine?

Digga rate each model at a wheelbase, for example 1.5t at 1m. Pick a ramp rated above your machine's weight, including the bucket if it stays on while loading, and check your machine's wheelbase (front to rear axle) against the one in the rating.

Is the price for one ramp or a pair?

The price is for a pair. The weight shown in the Specifications is per ramp.

How do they attach to my truck or trailer?

Three ways. The pin (supplied) goes through the ramp and the holes in your tray and is locked with an R clip. The tongue (supplied) sits between the truck bed and the tailgate and is shaped so the ramp can't pop out. A chain (not supplied) can be added as a backup, but never use it without the pin or tongue.

How high a deck will they reach?

Up to the max deck height Digga quote for this model, shown above. Digga recommend a loading angle no steeper than 21.8° (40%).

Can I load a machine on steel tracks?

Yes. This is a Digga Universal ramp, made for steel tracks, rubber tracks and tyres. Its studded rungs sit level with the rails for grip and wear.

Will my tracks or tyres fit?

Measure across your track or tyre. It needs to be narrower than the inside width between the rails, which is 500mm on this ramp.
