Due to the nature of moulded rubber manufacturing, minor variations in dimensions may occur.
All rubber ramps are produced within industry-standard tolerances, with a possible deviation of up to ±10mm depending on the product size. These variations do not impact the performance or load capacity of the ramp.
New rubber ramps may also have a noticeable rubber smell, particularly recycled models shipped in sealed cartons. This is normal, completely safe, and will fade once the ramp is aired out.

Minor scratches and blemishes may be visible upon receipt of your item. However, if the item is delivered damaged please contact us immediately.
