Heeve® Forklift Dock Ramp/Yard Ramp with Grated Surface is a heavy-duty loading ramp built for sites without a fixed dock.
It gives forklifts a safe, stable way to move between ground level and trucks, containers or elevated platforms — perfect for freight yards, warehouses and loading bays that see regular loading action.
Every ramp is made from a fully welded all-steel frame, treated with a double-layer rust-resistant paint system and certified to Australian Standard AS4100 for structural safety.
The fully welded steel frame is built to last, while the grated surface gives forklift tyres solid grip in wet or dusty conditions. It also clears away water and debris so the job can keep moving, rain or shine.
A manual crank system makes height adjustment quick and easy. It controls the telescopic support legs to set the ramp anywhere from 1200mm to 1600mm high.
Once it’s where it needs to be, screw jacks underneath take over to keep the ramp steady under load. The grated deck is wide enough to suit most forklifts, with an internal usable width of 2060mm.
Moving the ramp is straightforward. Fork pockets and certified lifting lugs are built in, and a towbar slot under the frame means you can tow it short distances with a forklift.
Standard models come with side guard rails, but you can swap these out for pedestrian handrails if foot access is needed.
At the top, a 3-metre horizontal platform gives forklifts space to level out before entering the truck. The steel lip bridges cleanly onto the bed and is backed by solid rubber bumpers underneath to absorb any impact.
This ramp is designed for concrete, asphalt or solid gravel surfaces. It’s built for real work in tough Aussie yards, providing reliable performance every time.

All Returns Must be Requested via the Returns Centre
An RMA# is required for your return request to be accommodated. This is generated by submitting a return request via the Returns Center.
Any unopened package may be returned, within 5 business days of receipt of the goods, in its original, brand-new and saleable condition at a 25% restocking fee. The cost to return the goods will be at your expense. A photo of the product before it is shipped back is required and we must receive the return tracking number. Once received and inspected, you may expect a refund for the full product price less any corresponding fees. This is non-negotiable.

We send all items via registered courier with tracking details so you can see just where your order is at any point in time. This ensures your item is safe and secure from us to you.
Products are sent during normal business hours, Monday to Friday and from dispatch date, we expect most orders to be delivered between 2 and 10 business days, depending on your location and the location of the warehouse. Some brands are shipped directly from our suppliers' warehouses throughout Australia.

We can send some orders with ATL (Authority to leave) upon request however Ramp Champ is not liable for any claims for damages, lost or stolen items if you opt for ATL.
