The Happy Ride™ Deluxe “XL” Telescoping Pet Ramp is the extra-large version (42% bigger) of the PetSafe® Deluxe Ramp. The extra size provides a more gentle climbing angle and extra walking space to help pets reach high elevations. Weighing in at 8kg, it still supports over 135kg with no bending! Its combination of aluminum+plastic design makes it the best combination of size, strength and lightweight on the market. It’s still very compact, making it easy to use and store.
The telescoping design is the secret to making this ramp so easy to use - just slide it out to use and slide it in to stow. No clumsy folding and unfolding are required. It is infinitely adjustable from 119cm to 220cm: use it fully extended for SUVs, utes, the grooming table, etc.; shorten the ramp when space is limited or when the upper surface isn’t as high, such as a bed, couch, or minivan. A high-traction walking surface gives pets a sure footing, especially on steep climbs.
The ramp also includes a convenient carry handle and a safety release latch to prevent accidental opening. The ultra-stiff design utilizes four rubber feet to keep the ramp stable while in use.

What is the warranty on PetSafe items?

All Returns Must be Requested via the Returns Centre
An RMA# is required for your return request to be accommodated. This is generated by submitting a return request via the Returns Center.
Any unopened package may be returned, within 5 business days of receipt of the goods, in its original, brand-new and saleable condition at a 25% restocking fee. The cost to return the goods will be at your expense. A photo of the product before it is shipped back is required and we must receive the return tracking number. Once received and inspected, you may expect a refund for the full product price less any corresponding fees. This is non-negotiable.

We do not have a storefront. All items are available for purchase online and are shipped directly from our warehouse or from our partner warehouses directly to our customers Australia wide. If you are within close proximity of any of our partner warehouses, we can arrange for you to pick up the goods by appointment.

Products are sent during normal business hours, Monday to Friday and from dispatch date, we expect most orders to be delivered between 2 and 10 business days, depending on your location and the location of the warehouse. Some brands are shipped directly from our suppliers' warehouses throughout Australia.

No, sorry. We must have a registered address to ship to. We cannot deliver to a P.O Box or Parcel Locker.

We can send some orders with ATL (Authority to leave) upon request however Ramp Champ is not liable for any claims for damages, lost or stolen items if you opt for ATL.
