Yes. Once mounted, the step is designed to be easily extended and retracted by hand. No tools are needed to fold it in or out during regular use.

The step has a bolt hole spacing of 500mm, so it suits many standard chassis widths. However, you should measure your mounting area before purchase to confirm compatibility. Custom brackets may be needed for some models.
