Do your Workshop Machines come with a warranty?

Yes. All Workshop Machines sold by Ramp Champ® come with a manufacturer’s warranty. As an authorised dealer, we can assist with any warranty claims for products purchased through us. What happens if I need help after I’ve bought a ramp?

Our support doesn’t stop after purchase. We offer lifetime support, so if you need advice, troubleshooting help or product support at any stage, our team is here to assist.

How do I return a product?

Returning a product is easy with our 100-Day Free Returns and pre-paid return shipping with no restocking fees or hidden costs.

Return Eligibility

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
The return request must be made within 100 days of delivery or pickup.
Some products cannot be returned, including made-to-order, custom-made, installed, or Almost Perfect items.

Get an RMA Number. Only returns with an RMA number are processed.

Once received and inspected, you can choose:
Store Credit or Exchange – We’ll help find the right product.
