We offer three models of the Heeve yard ramp: manual, low dock (manual) and hydraulic, each designed for specific operational needs. The manual and hydraulic ramps are available in 8, 12 and 16 tonne models, with or without handrails, and in standard and long lengths. The low dock ramp (manual) is a 16 tonne ramp with adjustable height from 700 to 900mm.

    Manual Yard Ramp

    For workplaces where the ramp does not need to move often. You adjust the support legs by hand to match the truck height, for a secure, stable load and unload. It requires less maintenance and is less likely to break down, so loading is not interrupted.

    Low Dock Yard Ramp (manual)

    A lower-height manual ramp: 6.4m long with adjustable height from 700 to 900mm, rated to 16 tonnes. A crank handle adjusts the ramp height to align with the loading dock or vehicle.

    • Damage-resistant wheels to move it around site, with tow points for low-speed towing by forklift

    Hydraulic Yard Ramp

    For workplaces that reposition the ramp often. You can adjust the ramp height faster, so it is quick to relocate. It still has a manual lever to set the support legs to the truck height for safe use.

    • Grated surface that sheds dirt and debris and keeps traction in tough weather
    • Safety chains lock the approach plate upright when not in use or in transport
    • Standard safety rails stop forklifts falling off (pedestrian rails on request)
    • Removable forklift tow points on each side
